<p>Whenever you have a document notarized number of things must happen. You must appear in person in front of the notary public, the notary public must positively identify the person appearing before them. The person signing the document must acknowledge to the notary public that they understand the document or take an oath/affirm the facts of the document. The signers of the document must complete any blank spaces on the documents. The personal appearance of the document signer, the assurance that a document signer is who they represent themselves to be, they are the person that signed the document, that they understand the document or attest to certain facts of the documents. As you can see we do a lot more and take on a lot more responsibility than just signing and stamping documents.</p>
